A beautiful Etruscan style ring made of sterling silver and turquoise colored beads. I don't know if they are real turquoise but they feel like stone and not glass to me. The ring is dome shaped and has a floral shape with a turquoise bead in the middle surrounded by more turquoise beads. Interspersed through out are delicate little florets of silver filigree with a raindrop bead on top. The effect is really quite spectacular. Beautiful ring to wear with nice patina. The ring has a single shank, is unmarked but tests positive for silver. In very good vintage condition though it needs a good clean and one of the small raindrop beads has a depression.
The ring's face measures just under 2.5 cm (1"), it's a size 7 and weighs just over 9 g.
