Returns and Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be a happy customer of Anteeka. If, once you receive your item, you are unhappy with it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to let us know you'd like to return your item. Please note that we can not accept returns without notice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The returned item should be sent back within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take your returned product to reach us, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@anteeka.com.

1. Personal information collected
To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly.

2. Why we need personal information and how we use it
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
a. To provide our services, such as fulfilling your order, settling disputes, or providing customer support.
b. Whenever you provide affirmative consent to certain marketing, such as signing up for our mailing list. This consent you may revoke at any time by getting in touch.

We generally keep your data for the a period of 7 years.

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your own jurisdiction. If we have to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
