Antique Ottoman Balkan Silver Filigree Ring Size 6

An Ottoman silver ring, most likely from the Balkan region  The top is worked with filigree and raised into a dome that ends in a silver drop at the center. The sides are also made by snaking twisted wire to form a cylinder under the dome. In good condition for its considerable age. The band is a little bent.
