This Moroccan beauty is locally known as tanbelt and was most likely worn by women of the Ida Ou Semlal tribe in Tiznit, South Morocco. It is made of silver and decorated with yellow and green enamel in circular formations. The bracelet is further adorned with faceted green and red glass cabochons. The enamel is in the traditional yellow and green and the pin is original and connected to the bracelet with a chain. The bracelet is from the first half of the 20th century and is in great vintage shape. A great collector's piece.

Similar bracelets were worn by the Ida Ou Nadif tribe, examples of which can be seen in the Quai Branly Museum's collection.
