Refund policy

Returns
We want you to be a happy customer of Anteeka. If, once you receive your item, you are unhappy with it, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to let us know you'd like to return your item. We will give you instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that we can not accept returns without notice.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send the returned item within a week of receiving the return authorization. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please note that we cannot refund any duties or tariffs that you paid to import an item. Please contact your border or customs authority for information on possible refunds of these amounts. 

Discounted items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@anteeka.com.
