Anteeka Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Carriers We ship using Canada Post, Chit Chats and some courriers, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days 
• Australia: 10–20 business days (Express International available)
• Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Import Duties & Taxes International orders (outside Canada and the USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

USA Tariffs: Tariffs are calculated at checkout. Please note: Duties and tariffs paid to import an item to the USA are paid to the USA government and are non-refundable by Anteeka, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
