Vintage Arabic Calligraphy Silver Amulet or Scroll Tube Holder

This beautiful early 20th Century scroll holder is made of silver (tested and guaranteed) and decorated on four of the sides with engraved Arabic calligraphy. The scroll tube opens to store an amulet such as Koranic verses or incantations to protect its wearer. The top face is simply decorated with chevrons and has 3 bails.  Two dangles are missing and some of the dangles have holes, but apart from that this interesting object is in great vintage condition.
