Vintage Silver Bird Earrings in Mapuche Style

These are very pretty earrings from Chile from the latter half of the twentieth century. Two birds face each other with hand engravings.  The earrings have three stamped disc dangles. The earrings are marked 950 and they do test as high-grade silver. They are made in the Mapuche style, which is far bulkier than this pair. They are pretty and delightful and in good vintage condition.
