Vintage Silver Dish for Pins or Rings with Arabic Calligraphy from Egypt

This is a lovely small silver pin dish decorated with hand-incised Arabic calligraphy. The dish is stamped on the back with the three-part Egyptian hallmark which identifies the composition of the metal as 90% silver and the assay date as 1953 - 1959. 

The dish can be used as a pin dish a ring dish or a salt dish. 

The outer diameter is 6.6 cm (just under 2 1/2"). The inner diameter is 5 cm (2"). Weight is 17.5 g.
