This is such a lovely and delicate choker necklace or headband. I believe it is from the Balkan region or from Greece. It is made from a double-tier of filigree rosettes and dangle silver disks. It ends in triangular rosette finials and small jump rings. It was probably worn as a fringe headband or sewn on a narrow velvet ribbon and worn as a choker necklace. It has a faint gold gilt on the rosette part only. It has a lot of age to it and is from the late 19th to early 20th century.
