This is a very unusual, and now rare, bracelet made of mixed metals and decorated with Saudi coins. It could have been gold gilt at one point, because there is a goldish sheen on the applique diamonds. It is most likely a Saudi Arabian judging by the coins from the mid twentieth Century.
Inner circumference is 15 cm (6") with an extra 4.5 cm (1 3/4").
