A pair of fibulae called “deg louza” from the Draa Valley in Morocco. Made with the molding technique from mixed metals, the fibula has three lobes around an eye-like center. A similar fibula can be seen in the Quai Branly Museum's collection (74.1999.27.80). The fibulae are attached by eight Spanish 5 peseta coins from the early 1970s (Franco and Juan Carlos). The fibula set is in good vintage condition.
- The chain is 45 cm or close to (17 3/4") inches in length.
- Each fibula is 6.5 cm or 2 1/2" long and 4.5 cm (1 3/4").
