A beautiful (usually upper arm) bracelet or armlet from the Arabian Peninsula. It is probably Yemeni a similar bracelet can be gleaned in Marjorie Ransom's book: Silver Treasures form the Land of Sheba. The armlet tests as silver and is hollow with simulated twisted roped structure. The finials are small spheres. It is in excellent vintage condition.
20.5 cm (8 ") inner circumference. Width is 0.7 cm (3/8"). Inner diameter is 6.5 cm (2 5/8"). Weight is 29.6 g.
