Vintage Yemeni Bedouin Double Hirz Necklace with Agate Beads

A beautiful long and weighty Bedouin necklace from Yemen with two cylindrical amulets (hirz), each with three sets of long-chain dangles. The necklace is decorated with openwork hand made beads and long agate beads. It closes with an 8-shaped closure. In good vintage condition with a lovely rich patina.

Length is 66 cm (26"). The two hirzes together measure 13 x 7.5 cm (5 x 3") with dangles. Weight is 185 g.
