Vintage Zuni Needlework Turquoise Dangle Earrings by Ophelia Soseeah

Lovely turquoise dangle earrings handcrafted and signed by a Native American Zuni silversmith Ophelia Soseeah. The earrings are crafted from sterling silver using the needlework turquoise technique. 

They are unmarked but guaranteed to be sterling silver. They are beautifully crafted with posts carrying 2 turquoise cabochons in saw-toothed bezels. The earring is then built as articulated rectangles carrying 3-4-5 turquoise cabochons respectively. The earrings end in silver rod dangles. They are unworn from the early 2000s and are in excellent shape.
